Overview

The Customer Service Representative will work onsite in Uniontown, Ohio, providing support to customers through various communication channels. This role is part of a small team that values employees' input and offers a flexible work culture with opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints and determining appropriate solutions
