Key responsibilities

  • Manage complex customer orders and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for key accounts and high-touch clients

  • Support leadership with customer and sales analytics for decision-making
  • Coordinate projects across multiple departments for seamless execution

Required skills
