Overview

The Customer Service Representative at LoanMax Title Loans is essential in providing assistance to potential borrowers and current customers regarding loan products, managing loans and payments, and ensuring communication about their accounts. This full-time position requires working Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays, focusing on delivering respectful and honest customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone
  • Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly and professionally
  • Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
  • Manage customer accounts and payment processing
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Make courtesy reminder calls as needed
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws
