Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at GEICO, you'll be pivotal in providing reassurance and solutions to policyholders, assisting them with coverage needs, billing inquiries, and policy changes. Key responsibilities

Required skills

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience required; 3+ years preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred
