Overview

Spectrum is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their billing team in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you'll engage with customers to assist with billing inquiries, ensuring high standards of customer service while navigating multiple computer programs in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls from customers regarding billing inquiries
  • Empathize with customers and accurately address their billing needs
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with management on customer issue escalations
  • Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of experience working with computers and software applications
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Dependable, courteous, and empathetic demeanor
