At FC Industries, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, focused on providing exceptional support in the construction and reinforced concrete industry. This role involves problem-solving, customer interaction, and collaboration in a culture that emphasizes learning and career growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers, helping them find solutions
  • Document, track, and resolve customer interactions across multiple systems
  • Support customer inquiries and maintain project momentum
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to improve customer experience

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of customer service or inside sales experience
  • Experience in the rebar fabrication or concrete construction supply industry
  • Knowledge of international and Canadian customs documentation
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, particularly Epicor and Hubspot
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
