Overview

AC Pro is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Fontana, California. This role focuses on delivering premier customer service, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating orders in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide front line customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Resolve customer-related issues and complaints
  • Initiate customer orders by entering order details
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Monitor open orders to ensure timely processing and shipment
  • Expand customer base through quality service
  • Perform administrative duties including data entry and filing

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
