Overview

AC Pro is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional front-line service while handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining positive relationships. This role is essential for supporting the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction in the heating and air conditioning industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver premier customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Resolve customer-related issues and complaints
  • Initiate customer orders by accurately entering order details
  • Monitor open orders for timely processing and shipment
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing
  • Develop and expand the customer base through quality service
  • Observe and recommend improvements for customer experience

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to perform data entry
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
