Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will be the point of contact for customers, assisting with order details and providing exceptional service. This role offers significant growth and earning potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and handle account inquiries
  • Make product recommendations and answer product, pricing, and shipping questions
  • Build business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
  • Assist customers with navigating Uline's website and online ordering

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and receive training
