Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will provide exceptional service by processing orders, answering inquiries, and recommending solutions to customers. This role offers significant growth and earning potential in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and handle account inquiries
  • Make product recommendations and answer product, pricing, and shipping questions
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
  • Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Eager to learn and receive training
