Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will provide exceptional support to customers by processing orders, making product recommendations, and addressing account inquiries. Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using technology
  • Make product recommendations and answer product, pricing, and shipping questions

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
