Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you'll provide exceptional service by managing customer orders and inquiries, and making product recommendations. This role offers opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment with various full-time shifts available.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using technology
  • Make product recommendations and answer pricing and shipping questions
  • Build business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and propose Uline's best solutions
  • Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but training is provided
  • Familiarity with order processing and product knowledge
