Wegmans is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Amherst, NY, who is passionate about leading a team and providing excellent customer service. This full-time role involves coordinating daily activities of customer service employees, contributing to store management, and ensuring operational efficiency across various departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage store operations during daytime and nighttime hours
  • Lead and develop a team of customer service employees
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks for efficient customer checkout operations
  • Monitor business and customer traffic, adjusting staff and checkout lanes as needed
