Overview

Wegmans is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Manager in Depew, New York, responsible for overseeing daily operations and supporting the customer service team. This role requires leading a team, ensuring efficient store operations, and providing exceptional customer service while managing various schedules and tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Independently manage store operations as a key leader during various shifts
  • Partner with department management to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient front-end operations
  • Manage performance and development of customer service employees
  • Provide incredible customer service and champion company values
  • React to operational challenges and problem-solve with store leadership
  • Participate in or lead special projects to enhance company culture

Required skills

  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
