Overview

Anderson Dahlen is seeking a Customer Service Manager (CSM) to oversee strategic relationships within the Pharma Business Unit, particularly for bioprocessing accounts. This role requires proactive engagement with large corporate clients to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction while managing the lifecycle of customer interactions and expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for key Pharma BU accounts.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships within customer organizations.
  • Manage quotes, purchase orders, and delivery commitments.
  • Proactively track and report order status, identifying risks early.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams.
  • Act as the first line of defense for customer concerns and quality issues.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue forecasting.

Required skills

  • 5+ years in account management, procurement, or supply chain within pharma or CPG companies.
  • Deep familiarity with Fortune 500 procurement dynamics.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude for engaging with specifications and drawings.
  • Ability to navigate complex corporate structures and processes.
