This role involves guiding clients through the process, building strategies for successful resolutions, and ensuring exceptional communication throughout each case.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively guide clients through the timeshare termination process
  • Ensure clients fully understand each step and action taken
  • Draft tailored action plans for each client's case
  • Respond to client communications promptly and address feedback
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in Salesforce
  • Communicate professionally across various channels
  • Foster a culture of accountability and idea sharing
  • Stay updated with timeshare industry trends
  • Assist with various tasks as needed
