Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at RONA, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their shopping experience, ensuring their needs are met whether in-store or over the phone. You will assist with special orders, maintain inventory levels, and contribute to creating an organized shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their information/product requirements in-store or over the telephone
  • Prepare special orders and confirm pricing and delivery dates with customers
  • Maintain store organization and ensure areas are well stocked
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform inventory counts
  • Stay updated on promotional events and product information
  • Participate in available training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
  • Perform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
