Overview

The Customer Service Assistant II at Partners Bank is responsible for performing duties of a Teller and Customer Service Representative. This role involves selling and servicing deposit and consumer loan products, handling customer inquiries, and processing a variety of transactions within a community bank environment in Springvale, Maine.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform teller and customer service duties as needed
  • Sell and service deposit and consumer loan products
  • Handle customer inquiries and problem resolution
  • Process a wide variety of transactions
  • Open new accounts and assist with online banking services
  • Develop new business relationships and maintain existing ones
  • Balance cash drawer accurately and efficiently
  • Adhere to policies related to security, compliance, and operations
  • Participate in ongoing job-related training programs
