Overview

The Customer Service Assistant I (CSA) at Partners Bank is responsible for performing a range of teller and customer service duties in a branch setting. The role requires proficiency in processing transactions, opening deposit accounts, and addressing customer inquiries while adhering to the bank's established policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform various teller transactions and routine customer service tasks
  • Open and maintain checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide problem resolution
  • Use needs-based sales techniques to recommend appropriate products and services
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately
  • Follow security, compliance, and operational guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training programs related to sales, service, and compliance
  • May cover staffing needs at other branches as required
