Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, financial services, or another client-facing role is beneficial but not required.
