Overview

Hawaiian Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent for its Kahului location. The role involves engaging with guests and assisting them with their travel needs, all while creating a welcoming environment that embodies Hawaiian hospitality.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with travel needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Sell tickets, process ticket changes, and create reservations
  • Ensure compliance with FAA, company, and airport regulations
  • Account for cash and credit card transactions
  • Check and correct airport reports and other documents
  • Implement standard procedures during overbooked and irregular flight situations
  • Identify and escalate issues as required

Required skills

  • Computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Valid driver's license issued by a US state or territory
  • Flexible to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
