Overview

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Agent in Lihue, Hawaii, to provide exceptional service to passengers throughout their airport experience. The role involves assisting with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, and various passenger needs while conforming to safety standards and company policies. No prior experience is required as paid training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with arrival and check-in processes
  • Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system
  • Support passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors and those needing wheelchair assistance
  • Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine
  • Ensure wheelchairs and strollers are provided for passengers
  • Adhere to safety procedures and policies
  • Report safety and security incidents following company protocols
