Overview

Securitas Technology is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their Alarm Monitoring Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves responding to alarm signals, managing alarm events, and ensuring the safety of clients by contacting emergency services when necessary.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming alarm signals in automation software according to procedures
  • Notify authorities and contacts when appropriate
  • Log information into the automation system accurately
  • Answer multi-line telephone systems
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years' work experience preferred
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
