Overview

Seed & Sprout, a fast-growing Australian eCommerce brand based in Byron Bay, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent. The role involves supporting customers via email, chat, and social media, ensuring that each interaction is positive and effective as the company builds a collaborative remote team.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias
  • Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/Loop
  • Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes
  • Participate in team training, QA, and meetings
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards

Required skills

  • 1–3 years eCommerce customer service experience
  • Strong written English and professional communication
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar)
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at time management
  • Experience with multi-channel support or returns platforms
