Overview

Wesley Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Process Specialist to join their Relationship Management Team in Franklin, TN. This role focuses on guiding clients through the timeshare exit process, ensuring a positive customer experience while managing communications and documentation effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and communication.
  • Negotiate with clients and external contacts to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • De-escalate difficult client situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for client submissions.
  • Prepare and send exit packages promptly with attention to detail.
  • Manage live calls and team email inbox responsively.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and update client files.
  • Collaborate with the team on managing client accounts.
  • Respond to emails, calls, and client feedback within 24 hours.
  • Uphold a professional tone across all communication channels.
