Overview

The Customer Engagement Specialist is an entry-level field sales role focused on generating new business opportunities in the medical aesthetics industry. This position involves high-volume outreach and relationship building, with the goal of qualifying leads and collaborating with senior sales representatives to develop a sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct daily in-person prospecting at physician offices, medspas, and aesthetic practices
  • Perform high-volume outbound outreach including cold calling, follow-ups, and drop-ins
  • Introduce the company's technology solutions and generate interest
  • Qualify potential customers based on business needs and decision-making authority
  • Document activity and manage leads within a CRM system
  • Partner closely with senior sales representatives for smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Maintain consistent activity levels to meet or exceed pipeline generation goals

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably outbound/prospecting
