Overview

Warren Henry Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Care Specialist/Receptionist for their Jaguar Land Rover South Dade dealership. In this part-time role, the specialist will be the first point of contact for customers, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to provide excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate telephone switchboard to handle calls and messages
  • Greet customers and determine the purpose of their visit
  • Assist in managing factory parts invoices
  • Process vendor invoices and create purchase orders
  • Transmit information to customers via various methods
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area
  • Keep a current record of staff availability
  • Participate in required training
