Overview

Warren Henry Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist at their Jaguar Land Rover South Dade dealership. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, responsible for greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information about the dealership's services and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and determine the purpose of their visit
  • Assist in uploading factory parts invoices and reviewing dealer tire invoices
  • Operate telephone switchboard to manage calls and provide information
  • Process vendor invoices for parts and assist sales personnel
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information about the company
  • Sort and distribute mail and prepare various documents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Participate in required training and keep records of staff availability
