This full-time role involves training and coaching Customer Care associates, conducting quality assurance, and promoting continuous improvement within the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide training on handling calls, chats, and emails
  • Create and deliver training using the ADDIE instructional methodology
  • Conduct assessments of quality and training data
  • Provide QA reporting to supervisors and managers
  • Analyze escalations to identify training gaps
  • Coordinate updates to knowledge management and job aids
