Overview

The Customer Care Representative Part-Time at Partners Bank plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers through various communication channels. This position requires proficiency in the bank's products and services, and involves resolving customer inquiries efficiently while supporting digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, chat, and text
  • Resolve customer needs on first contact whenever possible
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by the bank
  • Support customers and frontline employees with digital banking solutions
  • Engage with customers to uncover needs and recommend solutions
  • Investigate and resolve a variety of customer requests
  • Monitor digital banking transactions for suspicious activity
  • Assist customers with ATM & Debit card inquiries and processes
  • Compile reports for Customer Care and other departments
  • Perform various maintenance duties to support other departments

Required skills

  • At least two years of experience in customer sales/service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
