Overview

Partners Bank is looking for a part-time Customer Care Representative in Springvale, ME. The representative will provide exceptional customer service across various communication methods, supporting both customers and employees with banking products and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and text
  • Analyze customer situations and identify appropriate solutions
  • Support customers and employees with digital banking solutions
  • Engage customers to uncover needs and recommend solutions
  • Investigate and resolve customer requests on first contact
  • Assist with system access support for bank employees
  • Monitor digital banking transactions for suspicious activities
  • Perform maintenance and verification duties to support other departments
  • Manage the card dispute process and card compromise events
  • Compile reports for Customer Care and other departments as needed

Required skills

  • Two years of experience in customer sales/service or financial services
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and technical skills
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Experience with Windows, Horizon Core, and other internal systems
