The role is responsible for providing in-house, online and on-site training in the methodologies of loan system functionality, correct lending procedures and loan underwriting in accordance with Credit Union policies. What you'll do Deliver product, procedural and system training on lending, loan processing and numerous other topics to specific workgroupsCreate high-quality print and web-based curriculum, manuals and job aids, often under short time constraintsFacilitate and customize training programs for lenders and other staff to meet operational needsReview internal Policies and Procedures for accuracy and clarityCreate an outstanding employee training experiencePerform other duties as assignedThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
