Required Qualifications:U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret Clearance at a minimumAbility to clearly explain a complicated procedure in simple and understandable manner.The candidate must be able to resolve problems through creative and logical thinking. The candidate must have good verbal communication along with written skills.Uses proper terminology to explain technical ideas in simple language which can be understood by an average reader.Has a good command over English language and a considerable amount of technical knowledge to efficiently develop and produce instructor-led and distributed learning products.Work with content developers and subject matter experts, observing functional tasks to determine process steps.Ability to recognize and adjust writing style based on content and product type.Ability to differentiate between (and write) generic and example-specific process steps.Ability to write a numbered outline, and then develop the outline into a comprehensive, well-written document.Ability to organize materials and finish the given assignment in required style, terminology, clarity, and order.
