Overview

The Clinical Trial Manager II (CTM II) at Syneos Health is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Phase 1 clinical research studies. This role involves collaboration with principal investigators and various teams to ensure compliance with study protocols, timelines, and regulatory guidelines, contributing to the successful execution of clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and implement Phase 1 clinical research studies.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators to design study protocols.
  • Liaise between research subjects, client teams, investigators, and clinic operations.
  • Plan logistics and resource usage for clinical trials.
  • Track study progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure global compliance with applicable regulations and GCP guidelines.
  • Supervise support employees to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Adapt new procedures and techniques to improve clinical trial processes.
