Overview

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join their team. This full-time position requires performing CAT scan examinations, including angiography, while ensuring patient safety and technical accuracy. The role is centered on delivering state-of-the-art healthcare to local communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all required CAT scan examinations, including angiography
  • Select appropriate imaging techniques and software/hardware
  • Assess patients' conditions and perform intravenous injections of CT contrast
  • Ensure patient safety through proper use of equipment
  • Review examinations for technical accuracy and communicate results to the radiologist
  • Adhere to radiation safety and infection control policies

Required skills

  • Experience as a CAT Scan Technologist (1 year preferred)
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography and CAT scan
  • State licensure as a Radiographer
  • Knowledge of radiation safety and infection control
