Overview

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join their team, focusing on delivering high-quality healthcare to local communities. The role involves performing CAT Scan Examinations and ensuring patient safety while utilizing advanced imaging techniques.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all required CAT Scan Examinations, including angiography
  • Select appropriate software, hardware, and equipment imaging techniques
  • Ensure radiation safety and follow infection control policies
  • Assess patient's condition and perform intravenous injections of CT contrast
  • Review each examination for technical accuracy and present completed exams to radiologists
  • Communicate pertinent data to care teams following procedures

Required skills

  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography and CAT scan
  • State licensure as a Radiographer
  • 1-year experience in a CAT Scan Technologist capacity preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient safety protocols
  • Technical imaging skills and understanding of CT scanning
