Overview

The CT Tech position at Methodist Health System involves providing advanced imaging services, including CT scans, ultrasound, and interventional radiology, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires performing imaging and clinical duties and assisting with procedures that necessitate CT guidance.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all imaging and clinical duties of a CT Technologist
  • Assist the Radiologist with interventional procedures requiring CT guidance
  • Communicate clearly and openly with team members

  • Be accountable for personal performance

Required skills

  • Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Texas Department of State Health certification
  • 1 year of work experience preferred
  • Knowledge in ultrasound, CT imaging, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine
