We're expanding our remote team and looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and helping families better understand the programs available to them. Our team supports members of established unions, associations, and professional groups throughout North America. The individuals you'll speak with have expressed interest in receiving information about their available benefit options, allowing conversations to focus on education, service, and finding appropriate solutions. You'll work virtually from home, meet with clients by phone or video, and receive structured training to help you learn the position from the ground up. Your Day-to-Day You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the information and enrollment process while providing a professional and positive experience. Your responsibilities may include: Connecting with members and families who have requested benefit information Coordinating virtual appointments based on client availability Conducting scheduled phone and video consultations Asking questions to better understand each household's priorities Presenting available programs in an easy-to-understand way Helping clients compare options and determine what fits their needs Answering questions regarding eligibility, coverage, and next steps Completing necessary documentation and maintaining accurate records Following up with clients when additional assistance is needed Building and maintaining long-term client relationships Attending virtual training and team development sessions Working toward established personal and team objectives Who We're Looking For You do not need previous industry experience to apply.
