Overview

The Customer Service Assistant I (CSA) Float position at Partners Bank involves performing various teller and customer service duties across the Buxton, Limerick, and Waterboro locations. This role requires proficiency in processing transactions and ensuring excellent service, while also identifying sales opportunities and handling customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities

  • Process teller transactions and customer service tasks
  • Open checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts
  • Handle account maintenance and various customer inquiries
  • Identify and recommend appropriate banking products and services
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately
  • Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures including security and compliance
  • Participate in ongoing training related to sales, service, and compliance
