Overview

Cross Country Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Santa Clara, California. The role involves providing anesthesia for a variety of cases in a clinical setting with an ACT model, where CRNAs work independently with available support as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for general surgery, ortho, ENT, plastics, B&B, OB/GYN, and endoscopy cases.
  • Handle anesthesia care independently, including patient induction and emergence.
  • Work a mix of 8-12 hour shifts, typically 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Required skills

  • CRNA certification and experience
  • Knowledge of anesthesia procedures and pain management
  • Experience in high-risk situations, particularly OB if interested
