Overview

Sumo Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum position in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves working a minimum of 36 hours per week in a Trauma Level III hospital with a diverse patient population and offers a competitive market rate.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care in a tertiary care hospital
  • Work a schedule of 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts starting at 6:30 AM
  • Participate in a care team model with 4:1 supervision
  • Document patient care using Epic EMR
  • Be available for at least 2 consecutive weeks per month for the first 3 months

Required skills

  • Minnesota nursing license, active and unrestricted
  • NBCRNA certification
  • ACLS and BLS certification
  • 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Ability to live 50+ miles from the facility
  • Completion of skills checklist required at submission
