Overview

All Medical Personnel is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their healthcare team in Nashville, Tennessee. The CRNA will provide anesthesia care before, during, and after surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments to determine appropriate anesthesia plan
  • Administer various types of anesthesia using different techniques and equipment
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological functions during procedures
  • Manage anesthesia-related complications and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Provide post-anesthesia care, including monitoring recovery and managing pain

Required skills

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
  • Current certification as a CRNA by NBCRNA
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Unrestricted state license
  • Clinical expertise in anesthesia care
  • Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
