Overview

The Medical Director role is for a skilled and motivated physician leader in the Intensivist specialty at Medical City Dallas. This position focuses on leading the Pulmonary/Critical Care program, providing both clinical and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-management with specialties
  • Clinical support for physicians on shift
  • Shadowing and coaching of new physicians
  • Onboarding and mentoring new physicians
  • Recruiting and strategic planning

Required skills

  • Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship trained
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Active TX license preferred or in-process
  • Strong communication and team management skills
