We specialize in water, fire, mold, and emergency property restoration services. We're looking for leaders-not just experienced technicians. Our Crew Chiefs own the customer relationship from the first conversation through project completion. They lead technicians, maximize project performance, maintain documentation quality, and create an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Lead water, fire, and emergency mitigation projects Supervise technicians and subcontractors onsite Perform inspections and determine mitigation strategies Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment Complete moisture mapping and daily documentation Maintain accurate photos, notes, and job records Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers Identify additional restoration opportunities when appropriate Ensure jobs meet company quality and safety standards Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Proven restoration industry experience Natural leadership abilities Strong customer communication skills High sense of urgency and accountability Ability to make decisions independently Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and documentation skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical restoration work Preferred Experience 3+ years in water mitigation or restoration IICRC WRT Certification (ASD preferred) Experience leading crews Experience using moisture meters and drying documentation software Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, MICA, Encircle, or similar restoration software Emergency response experience What We Offer Leadership position with clear advancement opportunities Paid training and professional development Stable, year-round work Overtime opportunities Performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle opportunities for qualified candidates High-accountability culture focused on growth and results Schedule Monday-Friday Rotating on-call schedule required Nights, weekends, and emergency response as needed Why Join Watchtower?
