Overview

Faithful Companion Memorials Inc. is looking for an experienced Crematory Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at their Nashville cremation facility. This role involves leading the team to provide exceptional service, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the cremation process, and maintaining communication with management.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the cremation process including check-in, cremation, processing, and returning of cremains
  • Lead and inspire the operations team to deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct high-quality and respectful cremation services
  • Plan and schedule driver routes for pick-ups and returns
  • Serve as the main point of contact for driver communications
  • Maintain communication with Location and Regional Managers to uphold SOPs
  • Monitor driver movements to ensure efficiency
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and veterinary staff inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and presentable state of the facility and vehicles
  • Assist in staff reviews and disciplinary actions as needed
