Key Responsibilities for the Collections & Credit Advisor: • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor credit activity.• Conduct collections outreach and negotiate payment arrangements.• Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deductions, and account discrepancies.• Assess customer credit risk and provide recommendations to underwriting leadership.• Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales partners.• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting portfolio performance goals. Qualifications for the Collections & Credit Advisor: • 2+ years of credit and collections experience, preferably in commercial/B2B environments.• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and collections practices.• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions.• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record verification.
