Job Description

Overview

Cariloha is looking for a detail-oriented Creator Commerce Specialist to enhance their creator, affiliate, and social commerce ecosystem. This role supports various operations, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, content production, and influencer engagement, all while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliates and influencers
  • Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign logistics
  • Maintain communication with creators and ensure they have necessary assets
  • Assist in execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish
  • Maintain campaign trackers for content status and performance
  • Source, organize, and manage user-generated content (UGC)
  • Support broader Creator Commerce team initiatives and projects
  • Provide operational support during shoots and content production days

Required skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Canva
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator platforms
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects
  • Interest in or exposure to photo/video production
