Our team works closely with customers to transform concepts into market-ready products through thoughtful design, trend-driven development, and collaborative execution.Position OverviewThe Creative Designer will support both internal and customer-facing projects through the creation of visual assets, product concepts, presentations, and digital content.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution and can comfortably shift between product design, branding, digital marketing, and presentation development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Product DevelopmentCreate original textile patterns, prints, and surface designs.Develop product mockups, concepts, and visual presentations.Prepare artwork and design files for customer review and production.Research industry, fashion, home décor, and consumer trends.Support showroom, catalog, and trade show design initiatives.Graphic Design & BrandingDesign marketing materials, catalogs, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.Create digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media.Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.Collaborate on new branding, packaging, and merchandising concepts.Social Media & Content CreationCreate engaging visual content for social media platforms.Edit photos, graphics, short videos, and promotional materials.Help identify emerging trends and content opportunities.Support influencer and partnership campaigns when needed.Marketing & Sales SupportCreate customer presentations and sales materials.Assist with photography coordination and image selection.Organize and maintain digital design libraries and assets.QualificationsRequiredDegree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Textile Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily:IllustratorPhotoshopStrong understanding of color, typography, composition, and layout.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience with textile, surface pattern, or product design.PreferredExperience creating social media content for brands.Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience.Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools.Knowledge of retail, home décor, bedding, or textile industries.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
