Overview

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Creative Contract Recruiter for a long-term temporary position in Arlington, Virginia. The recruiter will manage the full cycle of recruiting for Product Management, Content & Analysis, and Marketing roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers and utilizing various ATS tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and candidate evaluation
  • Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
  • Maintain an active requisition load of approximately 12-15 roles
  • Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS
  • Support process improvements and special recruiting initiatives

Required skills

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting Product Management & Marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or similar ATS
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Exposure to AI recruiting tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
