Craft Beer Guild Dist. of NY is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Craft Beer Sales Representative for the Lake George/Queensbury area. This role involves building relationships with bars, restaurants, and retailers while growing the company's award-winning craft beer portfolio. The ideal candidate should be high-energy and eager to learn, with responsibilities including managing accounts and executing promotions to increase market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and retail accounts
  • Grow sales and increase placements of the craft beer portfolio
  • Merchandise and maintain product displays
  • Organize and execute in-store promotions, tastings, and special events
  • Develop new accounts and identify new sales opportunities
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and account inquiries
  • Meet monthly sales and distribution goals
  • Represent Craft Beer Guild at industry events

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Valid and clean driver's license
  • Ability to work independently
  • Cicerone Beer Server Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Sales and marketing skills
  • Customer relationship management
  • Event planning and account management
